Marlborough, MA – 7/01/08 – Nancy Elliott represented Tata & Howard, Inc. a consulting engineering firm in its leasing of 10,064 s.f. of office space to Forest Street, Marlborough. 

Boston, MA – 7/01/08 – Nancy Elliott represented Rock Spot Climbing a Rock Climbing Gym to its newest location 67 Sprague Street, Boston.  Their new Rock Climbing Gym will consist of 7,500 sq. feet with 6,500 sq. ft of climbing walls and 1,000 sq. feet of retail/office. 

Framingham, MA – 4/15/08 – Nancy Elliott represented The Acquisition Group, Inc. in the leasing of 2,075 sq. ft. of office space at California Ave, Framingham, MA. 

Framingham, MA – 3/15/08 – Nancy Elliott represented South Middlesex Legal Services, Inc. in the leasing of 7,400 sq. ft. of office space at Kenwood Centre, Fountain Street, Framingham.  South Middlesex Legal Services provides free civil legal help to low-income people living in our service area.

Westboro, MA 5/1/2008 - Michael Seadia has leased 2,350 s.f. in Belmont Plaza, Route 9 E to Huntington learning center. First floor retail section of the plaza is fully leased now, having many Anchor tenants such as Landry's Bicycle, beauty Supply Store, Hair Salon and many more. There are 2 offices on the second floor available for sublet.

Holliston, MA 4/18/09 - Marlene Aron was the sole broker in the 11,000 s.f. lease at 330 Hopping Brook Road in Hopping Brook Park.  Computer Recycling US will consolidate their 2 existing  sites.  Marlene has been hired to sublet their Ashland 2,900 s.f. industrial condo - please see warehouse listings for more information.

Framingham, MA 4/09/08 - Michael Seadia has leased  a former Citizens Bank Building at the Edgell Road/Rt.9 intersection.  Brazilian Church will soon open in this beautiful 4,300 s.f. building.

Holliston, MA 4/1/09  - Marlene Aron & Jim Gordon of Gordon R.E. have leased 5,921 s.f. at 16 Everett Street to WinSupply, a company that markets renewal energy  products.

Framingham,  MA 3/18/08 - Michael Seadia has sold 16,400 sf 4-story office building on Route 126, Framingham Center. The sale price was $1,550,000. The third floor is now available for lease.

Framingham,  MA 3/2/08 - Robin Boyce, of Design Center West/Bedworx Inc. will be opening a high-end design center at 855 Worcester Road, Trolley Square.  Marlene Aron represented Trolley Square LLC.

Framingham,  MA 2/2/08 - A lease has been signed at 50/60 Worcester Road - Venture West Plaza with Mike's Tailoring.  The new store will service Jos. A. Banks clients, as well as other clientele.  The store is relocating from Apple Hill in Natick.  Marlene Aron represented the Lessor.

Framingham,  MA 1/20/08 - Marlene Aron leases warehouse/distribution space to Display Associates, a company that sets up display units in liquor stores throughout New England.  The site will be located at the Roxbury Carpet - Saxonville Mill Complex - Lessor, John Finley.

Natick,  MA 1/11/08 - Trish O'Neil has leased 1 Worcester St., a 2 story retail building located on the Rt. 9 Natick / Wellesley line to California Closets.

Framingham, MA 1/11/08 - Marlene Aron, representing the owners of 225 Arlington Street has leased 9,200 s.f. of warehouse space.  The 38,800 s.f. industrial/warehouse building is still available for sale at $1,495M. ( See picture below)

Framingham, MA 1/11/08 - Michael Seadia has leased 407 Waverly Street, a freestanding building located at the intersection of Rt. 135 and Rt. 126.

Natick, MA 1/3/08 - Marlene Aron, representing the Seller has sold 65 Eliot Street, S. Natick - a 3 story mixed-use office / residential property that included a recently built-out dental office and a large 2 story 5 bedroom apartment.  The property is located directly from the Charles River in the historic part of South Natick.  The selling price was $1,214,000. Financing was arranged by Lisa Yane, Vice President of Milford National Bank & Trust.  The Buyer Dr. Svetlana Novak will occupy the first floor dental suite.
The letter of a co-broker stated: "Marlene Aron has an excellent market knowledge, she handled herself with great professionalism throughout the entire process. It was pleasure to work with her."

Framingham, MA 12/10/07 - Michael Seadia has sold  a 2 building site totaling  7,000 s.f. that included a former Citizens Bank Building at the Edgell Road/Rt.9 intersection.  

Framingham, MA 12/15/07 - Michael Seadia has sold a Breakfast & Lunch Buffet in center of Framingham for $120,000. The restaurant will continue to operate under the new ownership.

Foxboro, MA 12/1/07 - Trish O'Neil exclusive broker for a retail strip center in Foxboro has represented the Lessor and has brought the occupancy to 100%.

Southborough,  MA 11/9/07 - Marlene Aron, representing the Seller, John Garabedian, has sold 56 Central Street - a 3,044 s.f. 2 story office building located just off Rt. 9.  The Seller had substantially rebuilt the building in 1998 with an addition that was approx. 2/3 of the building.  The new owners will use the building as the new site of their law firm.  The selling price was $540,000.

Framingham, MA 11/2/07 - Michael Seadia & Marlene Aron sell   2 - 18 Beacon Street, a 5,600 s.f. modern Asian restaurant bldg. to    2 Beacon Street LLC who has leased the building to Green Tea II.  The selling price was $2.2M.  IPS represented the Seller - Brian Duine owner of Michi Kusa restaurant.

Framingham, MA 10/25/07 - Michael Seadia represented the Seller and was the sole broker in the sale of 1291 Worcester Road, a 2 story - 8,000 s.f. office/retail building.  The selling price was $1.6M.  The buyer, a kitchen design center will occupy a portion of the building.

Natick & Framingham, MA 10/22/07 - Marlene Aron represented 3 longterm clients for lease renewals.  Chic Boutique at 419 Worcester Road, Framingham,  Village Kids at 68 Middlesex Rd, Natick & Lapis Lazuli  Inc. at 50/60 Worcester Rd., Framingham have extended their tenancies.

Bellingham, MA -  9/10/07 - Eric Brosler sells a $10,800,000 145 acre industrial land site located just off Rt. 495.

Framingham, MA 9/4/07 - Commonwealth LaCrosse has extended their retail lease at 255 Worcester Road. Marlene Aron has represented the plaza known as Marc Place for 12 years.  Other tenants include: Cambridge Eye Doctors, Quest Labs & LA Weight Loss.

Ashland, MA 8/31/07 - 190 Front Street, a modern office building owned and built by its present owner is now 100% leased.  TeraCode, a company with over 150 employees worldwide has signed a longterm lease.

Framingham, MA 8/9/07 - Marlene Aron has been named exclusive tenant representative for a private school looking to lease or buy a 26,000 s.f. office space + additional space for a gymnasium in Metrowest.  Please send any submittals to mailto:ma@ipsre.com

Millis, MA 7/31/07 - Marlene Aron, representing Sihk Darma of Mass, Inc. has sold 352 Village Street, a six unit property to 352 Village LLC for  $475,000.  Aron specializes in non-profit representation.  Denise Russo, of ERA Framingham represented the Buyers, who are contractors with plans to upgrade the units and keep the property for investment.

Ashland,  MA 6/22/07 - Marlene Aron represented AHAB Realty Trust in its 2nd leasing transaction this year with IPS.   200 Butterfield Drive - Unit B was leased to ICSN Group, a California based company, who has over 25 sales locations worldwide.

Natick,  MA 6/15/07 - IPS sells a 2 building office complex on Rt. 27, located at 260-264 N. Main Street.  260 N. Main is a freestanding   1,716 s.f. 2001 Contemporary office building and 264 N. Main is a 7 tenanted office building.  The sales price was $1,825,000.  Marlene Aron represented the Seller - Middlesex Realty Trust.
