 Katherine
Wellington
PrincipalKatherine specializes in office, industrial and land development. She
is past President of Alumni Association at the University of Maryland where
she was awarded her B.S. in Finance. She has been a past Board Member of the
University of Maryland Board of Visitors, the University of Maryland Alumni
Association, the Washington DC Rotary, and the YMCA of Metro Washington.
Katherine currently serves as a Director on the board of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce. In
her prior career, she was one the top ten women in the insurance industry
for fifteen years in a row.
Katherine's focus is centered on properties between
Framingham and Charlton. Having grown up in Millbury, Katherine brings an
in-depth knowledge of the Blackstone Valley and Worcester area.
Katherine is working on retail development sites and has attended the Boston, New

 Michael Seadia
Senior Broker
Mr. Seadia joined the firm in 1989.
He brings extensive hands-on experience and knowledge of the construction
industry to his work as a commercial broker. Definitely
non-traditional in his approach to doing business, Michael is an expert
negotiator who builds long-term relationships with his clientele and
satisfying terms for both the lessee and lessor or the buyer and
seller. Michael speaks Hebrew fluently. Large
sales include 257 Cochituate Rd., Framingham, MA - the former Chi Chi's
Restaurant - $2.775M, now the Aegean Restaurant, the former Foreign Motors
West site on Rt. 9, Natick to Landry's Bicycle Center - $2.7M and 1291
Worcester Rd., Framingham - an 8,000 s.f. Rt. 9 office building - $1.6M.

 Nancy
Elliott
Broker - Property Management Director
Nancy has joined I.P.S. as a licensed broker with several years
experience in commercial leasing and sales in Central Massachusetts plus 15
years experience in residential real estate sales & property management in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She has worked at Interval Ownership condo start-up and sales in Nevada,
Hawaii and California. Nancy attended Johnson & Wales University,
Providence, Rhode Island. Her past experience in Biotech property
management gives her the ability to understand the unique facility demands
required by the industry. Nancy’s current focus is on commercial leasing. sales

 Trish O'Neil
BrokerTrish has a background in
marketing and research. Previously she worked for TJX Company, Framingham in the real
estate department as a lease coordinator. Her knowledge of neighborhood
towns, communication and social skills, and the ability to get our
information out to our clients quickly has helped our company to gain even
more success. Trish resides in Holliston with her 2
daughters.
